Bulfinch Announces Parternship with Newmark

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a real estate investment firm, announces their partnership with Newmark to lease available space at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham, Massachusetts. 117 Kendrick Street is a 213,000 SF lab and office building in the N-Squared Innovation District, Newton/Needham’s innovation hub and home to some of the nation’s fastest-growing and well-known innovation companies such as Trip Advisor, Shark/Ninja, Big Belly Solar, Turbine, and PTC.

Current tenants at the 117 Kendrick Street property include Workbar, Waterstone Properties Group, Candel Therapeutics, Verastem, Warner Brothers, Standing Stone Games, Enservio, Firestone Financial and BBK Worldwide. The Newmark Team managing leasing at the property includes Executive Managing Director Mark Roth, Managing Director Brendan Daly, Managing Director Matt Malatesta, and Associate Brianna Piacitelli.
