Vice President, Investor Relations & Fundraising
We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations and Capital Formation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, relationship-driven individual with existing fundraising relationships and a strong understanding of real estate, private equity, and investor engagement. This individual will help cultivate and expand relationships with existing and prospective investors, support capital raising initiatives, and serve as a key point of coordination between investors, senior leadership, acquisitions, asset management, finance, legal, and marketing.
Data Analyst / Engineer, Artificial Intelligence & Technology
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Engineer to serve as the firm’s centralized data infrastructure owner. This is a foundational hire that will directly enable Bulfinch’s AI strategy-building and maintaining the clean, connected data layer that powers Power BI dashboards, AI models, and decision-making across the organization.
Reporting into the AI & Technology function and working closely with the firm’s AI Steering Committee and external AI Strategist, this individual will architect and maintain a Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data lakehouse, integrating source systems including Yardi, Argus, Juniper Square, SharePoint, and Chatham into a single quarriable source of truth. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, financial analytics, and commercial real estate operations translating complex data into strategic insights that drive informed business decisions across investments, asset management, leasing, and accounting.

This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office operations runs smoothly, supporting both corporate and property management teams, and fostering a professional, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment and can balance administrative, operational, and people-focused responsibilities. They should also be proficient in a variety of technology platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva.
