Mark manages all accounting, taxes, treasury and compliance for Bulfinch. Mark has been with the firm since 1990, overseeing the day-to-day accounting and tax needs of the company, and helps to monitor, evaluate and reinforce Bulfinch’s strong financial position. Additionally, Mark plays a key role in the tax analysis and internal structuring of acquisitions, dispositions and other transactions.
