Kati T. O’Brien

As SVP, Chief of People, Kati plays a key role in aligning Bulfinch’s people strategy with its business objectives. She oversees all Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, people development, performance management, compensation, benefits, organizational design, succession planning and employee relations. With more than 20 years of experience, most recently as SVP, Talent Management at Staples, Kati brings a wide range of skills to her role including 15 years as an in-house employment attorney. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing business focused HR strategies, cross-functional collaboration and utilizing data to drive decisions and team leadership.
