Alexander W. Schultz

Alex oversees Bulfinch’s Asset Management efforts, working closely with Financial Reporting and Investments to ensure the firm is maximizing the value of its real estate portfolio. Prior to Bulfinch, Alex spent 6 years with the Davis Companies as Vice President, Asset Management & Investments, where he was responsible for driving asset-level performance across Life Science and Advanced Manufacturing as well as Flex/Industrial properties.  Alex brings considerable experience managing assets across various property types and developments.
