Bulfinch Sees Robust Leasing Activity to Start 2021

BOSTON, MA – April 30, 2021

Bulfinch announced it has secured several new lease agreements for its Needham area properties. Bulfinch’s newest leases reflect a growing professional services and technology provider tenant base across the company’s Needham portfolio including its properties at 75 Second Avenue, 250 First Avenue, 144 Gould Street, and 102 Second Ave.

New tenants at 75 Second Ave include The Hilb Group, Sooho Law and Life Insurance of North America, an affiliate of New York Life. Bulfinch is also pleased to welcome new legal tenants at 250 First Ave including Altman & Altman, LLP and Brick, Jones, McBrien & Hickey. Other new tenants welcomed to the portfolio include Entravision Communications at 144 Gould Street, and Brede Caipcaik Dental at 102 Second Ave. Bulfinch has also signed several lease extensions and renewals, further demonstrating a strengthening suburban leasing market.

The announcement of Bulfinch’s latest leasing agreements follows the company’s recent partnership with Newmark to lease available space at 117 Kendrick Street.
