Bulfinch’s Josh Cohen Set to Speak About Digital Transformation in Commercial Real Estate at RE:Connect’s March Virtual Global Summit

BOSTON, MA – March 17, 2021

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch) today announced Josh Cohen, AVP of Investments at Bulfinch, will participate in a virtual Q&A session on digital transformation in commercial real estate during Unissu’s RE:Connect’s March virtual global summit on innovation in the built environment. The session titled, “Real World CRE Tech: A Masterclass in Adoption with Bulfinch” will be streamed live online beginning at 6:00 pm GMT / 2:00 pm EST on Wednesday, March 17th.

The Q&A will be hosted by Millie Lewis, Head of Customer Success at Coyote Software with the conversation focusing on Bulfinch’s onboarding and usage of the Coyote Software platform by its investment team for monitoring deal pipelines, maximizing revenue streams, and creating tenancy reports.

Bulfinch launched Coyote in July 2020, and the software immediately added value by providing team members in different locations access to critical information quickly and with ease. Having Coyote’s web-based pipeline management system has allowed Bulfinch to communicate efficiently and in an organized manner as a distributed workforce. The Coyote platform allows the entire Bulfinch team to utilize pipeline data to log as well as track and access transaction information from any device through the platform’s web interface or mobile app. This has removed barriers that previously blocked access to internal networks for team members working remotely.

In addition to discussing Bulfinch’s successful partnership with Coyote, the session will also delve into Bulfinch’s increased commitment to technology and the firm’s process for identifying, evaluating, and implementing various technology solutions—such as Salesforce, HqO, Juniper Square, CoStar, and Yardi, among others—to increase efficiency and drive innovation and collaboration across the company.
