Bulfinch’s Joelle Denham Named to Boston Real Estate Times’ Outstanding Women of 2022

BOSTON, MA – April 29, 2022

The Bulfinch Companies (Bulfinch), a private real estate investment, development and management firm, announces its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Joelle Denham, was named to Boston Real Estate Times’ Outstanding Women of 2022 list. The honor recognizes influential women who play a “major role in Boston’s real estate market.”

As Bulfinch’s first-ever CFO, Denham helps guide strategic planning and development of Bulfinch’s financial reporting and business planning as well as play a hands-on role in the day-to-day accounting process, working closely with Bulfinch ownership and the accounting/ financial reporting team. As a member of Bulfinch’s Senior Leadership Team, Joelle is a strong female role model and serves as a mentor to young professionals. She is a member of Bulfinch’s Investment Committee, Valuation Committee, Asset Management Committee and Technology Committee where she was selected as the Co-chair.

As Co-chair of the Technology Committee at Bulfinch, Denham successfully led the implementation of Yardi, a property management software that has transformed the efficiency of Bulfinch’s business while supporting the company’s mission and commitment to environmental and sustainable responsibility through completely paperless operations.

In addition to training, leading, mentoring and developing dozens of team members over the course of her 20-year career, Denham is deeply committed to giving back to her profession and community. She is an active participant on the REFA Programs Committee, sits on the Board of The Half Percent Project and volunteers at the Little Paws Dachshund Rescue and Sophia Grace Foundation.
