Bulfinch Signs Automata Technologies Lease at Chapel Bridge Park

Lab Robotics Company Signed 5,000 SF Lease at 70 Bridge Street

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a commercial real estate and investment firm, is pleased to announce that its affiliate, Chapel Bridge Park, has secured a new lease agreement with Automata Technologies, a leading lab/robotics company at 70 Bridge Street.

Automata Technologies, headquartered in London with a current location at 222 Third Street in Cambridge, is renowned for its groundbreaking work in open, integrated automation solutions for life sciences labs. Born from a world-leading research lab, Automata’s mission is to revolutionize lab workflows and enhance experimental data quality. Under the newly signed agreement, Automata Technologies will occupy 5,000 square feet at Chapel Bridge Park’s innovative office/R&D campus, commencing in Q2 2024. Automata Technologies was represented by Hunneman, the largest independently owned commercial real estate firm in the Greater Boston region.

Chapel Bridge Park is a recently updated 250,000 s/f R&D, biotech, office campus located near Cambridge, Watertown and the Mass. Pike with access to Rte. 128 (I-95) and Boston/Cambridge. Existing tenants at Chapel Bridge Park include LabShares, BioSensics LLC, Inflammasome Therapeutics, Inc., Paytronix, among others.
