Four Bulfinch properties recognized for their tenant engagement in volunteering events and community initiatives 

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch) a Boston-based private real estate investment, development and management firm announces four Bulfinch properties are recipients of 2022 Building Impact Awards.  

Building Impact, is a nonprofit organization that designs corporate days of service and team volunteering in the Boston community. Bulfinch is a founding member of Building Impact and maintains a strong commitment to philanthropy within their community. 

“Giving back is a core principle at Bulfinch and we believe that providing our tenants with a variety of ways to give back adds value to the Bulfinch tenant experience,” said Bulfinch CEO, Eric Schlager. “We are proud to provide opportunities to support underrepresented groups and those in need in our community.” 

Building Impact’s annual NonGala honors and recognizes socially responsible partnerships through the Impact Awards, and also raises funds to support Building Impact’s innovations in volunteer programming.  

This year Bulfinch’s properties at Osborn Triangle in Cambridge and 117 Kendrick Street in Needham received Silver Awards recognizing buildings that hosted over 4 volunteer events and Companies that contributed over 40 hours in volunteer time. Bulfinch Team members and tenants attended the NonGala to celebrate the collective efforts to enhance the community.
