The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a globally recognized standard that demonstrates a building’s performance surpasses the standard across all areas of operations and management. The program evaluates buildings against industry standards for best practices in operations and management, life safety, security and risk management, training and education, energy, environmental sustainability, and tenant relations and community involvement. The prestigious BOMA 360 recognition demonstrates Bulfinch’s leadership in building operations and management.
