The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch), a private real estate investment, development and management firm has successfully secured financing for 99-101 Derby Street in Hingham, MA and 144 Gould Street in Needham, MA, both office buildings.

This transaction marks beginning of a new relationship with Salem Five for Bulfinch. Founded in 1855 as a savings bank serving the people of Salem, Salem Five has continued to add services to meet the financial needs of families and businesses across New England.
