Bulfinch Acquires Former Muzi Ford Dealership in Needham, MA
BOSTON, MA – January 25, 2022
Today, Bulfinch announced the acquisition of the former Muzi Ford property on Highland Ave in Needham, Massachusetts. Bulfinch intends to redevelop the property as a marquee headquarters location.
The nearly 10-acre site was rezoned earlier this year to allow up to 500,000 SF of development. The property is located just off Route 128, and less than one mile to Needham Heights station. The location is ideal for a potential company headquarters, with visibility from the highway.

The deal was brokered by Jeremy A. Freid, SIOR, of 128 CRE in conjunction with Boston Realty Advisors.
