Broker Open House Recap: A Slam Dunk Afternoon with Bulfinch

Bulfinch recently partnered with Newmark to host a successful March Madness-themed Broker Open House at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham, drawing over 50 brokers from across the Greater Boston area. The event provided an engaging afternoon of networking, property tours, and a spirited viewing celebration to kick-off the March Madness Tournament with some friendly competition.
Hosted in the 28,000 SF vacant shell space at 117 Kendrick Street, the Open House offered guests the opportunity to tour the available space, network with industry peers, and engage directly with the Bulfinch team.
The highlight of the day was a March Madness bracket contest, where brokers competed for a chance to win two Boston Celtics playoff tickets. Congratulations to Dean Blackey of RW Holmes for taking home the prize!
