Meet Our New Team Members
Allison Escott | Associate, AI + Data Engineer
As Bulfinch continues to explore new opportunities to integrate technology and data across the organization, Allison joins the company in the newly created role of AI + Data Engineer.
Allison brings experience in data engineering and analytics from roles at Travelers, General Motors, and Wingbrace. She graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Data Science and a master’s degree in Management.
In this greenfield role, Allison will help build the data infrastructure that supports how Bulfinch acquires, operates, and reports on its portfolio.
Sean Handy | Senior Associate, Assistant Controller
Sean joins Bulfinch’s Financial Reporting team as Senior Associate, Assistant Controller. A Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Vermont, Sean began his career at PwC and has since held positions at AEW and American Assets Trust.
Sean brings extensive accounting and financial reporting experience to Bulfinch and will support the continued growth of our Financial Reporting team.
Kevin Birenbaum | Analyst, Investments
Kevin joins The Bulfinch Companies as an Analyst on our Investments team. A recent graduate cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross, Kevin earned a degree in International Studies along with a Certificate in Finance and Banking.
Through internships with Taurus Investment Holdings and The Revival Companies, Kevin gained experience in real estate acquisitions, financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis, bringing a strong foundation in real estate and finance to the Investments team.
Lindsay Stamler | Associate, Operations Assistant
Lindsay joins Bulfinch in the newly created role of Operations Assistant, working closely with our Human Resources and Marketing team. A recent graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Psychological Science, Lindsay previously held roles at UVM, Yale University, and UVM’s Institute for Rural Partnerships.
At Bulfinch, Lindsay will support day-to-day office operations while working across our corporate and property management teams to help foster an efficient and collaborative work environment.
Supporting the Next Generation of Talent
Bulfinch is also proud to have several Northeastern University Co-op students currently supporting our Financial Reporting team.
The Co-op program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience while bringing fresh perspectives and emerging talent to our organization. We’re proud to support these students as they gain valuable professional experience and contribute to the work of our Financial Reporting team.
