BOSTON, MA – October 14, 2025

This October, Bulfinch welcomed the brokerage community to Chapel Bridge Park during a fall-inspired open house hosted at 80 Bridge Street. The event brought together over 50 brokers from a wide range of firms, offering them an opportunity to explore the campus, experience the mill-style architecture firsthand, and engage with the Bulfinch team. 

The highlight of the day was a raffle offering a weekend away at The Equinox Golf Resort and Spa in Vermont. Congratulations to Billy Lynch of Colliers for taking home the prize! 

The event took place at 80 Bridge Street, a 33,000 SF single-user office building featuring prominent branding opportunities, oversized ceilings, and operable windows.
