New England Organ Bank will relocate to Waltham

New England Organ Bank will relocate its headquarters to the Waltham Tech Center, the tech center's landlord said.
The landlord is the Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm. Bulfinch said it has leased the entire 40,625 square foot premises of the Waltham Tech Center, which is located at 60 First Ave., to the New England Organ Bank.

According to its website, the New England Organ Bank is currently located in Newton.
In a statement Michael B. Wilcox, Bulfinch's director of leasing, noted that the Waltham Tech Center presents the organ bank "with the unique opportunity to combine office, lab and medical space under the same facility, along with the benefit of immediate access to Routr 128/95."
