The General Hospital Corporation Renews Lease at the Atlantic Charter Building

Boston, MASS - June 2, 2009 - The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, today announced that The General Hospital Corporation has renewed its lease of 5,437 SF of office/medical office space with Bulfinch at the Atlantic Charter Building, 25 New Chardon Street, Boston, MA.
The Atlantic Charter Building is a six-story 111,338 square foot Class A office and retail building located in Government Center, adjacent to the new state courthouse building and park.
Massachusetts General Hospital is the third oldest general hospital in the United States and the oldest and largest hospital in New England. Throughout the decades, the hospital has maintained a consistent commitment to advancing that care through pioneering research and educating future health care professionals.
James Canfield of McCall & Almy, Inc. represented The General Hospital Corporation in the transaction and Michael B. Wilcox, director of leasing at Bulfinch, represented the Landlord.
