Bulfinch Acquires Weston Medical Office Building
Premises Fully Leased by St. Elizabeth's Caritas and Pediatric Associates of Wellesley
March 20, 2008Weston, MASS- March 20, 2008- The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, today announced that it has acquired and leased the entire premises at 134 South Avenue, Weston, MA to St. Elizabeth’s Caritas and Pediatric Associates of Wellesley.
134 South Avenue is a two-story, 10,000 SF medical office building located at the intersection of the Massachusetts Turnpike, Route 128 and Route 30.
St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine, offers patients access to some of Boston's most respected physicians and advanced treatments for a full-range of medical specialties including family medicine, cardiovascular care, women and infants' health, oncology, neurology care and orthopedics. The premises at 134 South Avenue is home to Caritas Weston Internal Medicine.
Pediatric Associates of Wellesley offers high-quality, compassionate, and timely care of children from infancy to young adulthood. The practice was formed in 1986 and now boasts in excess of 10 providers over two sites.
