It’s been said that government is the one industry that never gets smaller. That’s a good thing for the Interstate 495 North market, where a handful of companies associated with government contracts and the defense industry are signing deals and expanding.
Curtiss-Wright Controls Inc., which works in the defense industry, signed a lease with The Bulfinch Cos. Inc. for 63,710 square feet at 151 Taylor St. in Littleton. With the new lease, the company is expanding by 6,000 square feet. The company is moving from 24 and 30 Porter Road in Littleton. Curtiss-Wright was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and the Bulfinch Cos. Inc. was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
