Curtiss-Wright Controls Inc. signed a lease with The Bulfinch Cos. Inc. for 63,710 square feet at 151 Taylor St. in Littleton, Mass. With the new lease, the company is expanding by 6,000 square feet. The company is moving from 24 and 30 Porter Road in Littleton.
The technology company (NYSE: CW) will occupy the entire first floor and a portion of the second floor of 151 Taylor St., a two-story, 100,000-square-foot office and R&D building. The building, located at the crossroads of routes 2 and 495, was recently updated to include a new lobby, conference center, and expanded exterior glass façade.
