Bulfinch Announces Full Renovation and Fit-Up of TIFF Office Space at 95 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA
Cambridge, MA – July 21, 2008- The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce the completion of renovations to, and leasing of, 10,000 square feet of office space at 95 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA to The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF).
95 Mount Auburn Street is a three-story, 15,000 SF building located in the heart of historic Harvard Square, the former retail site of Tower Records. Bulfinch acquired the property in August 2007 and recently completed the interior and exterior renovations for August occupancy.
Located on the second and third floors of 95 Mount Auburn Street, the new state-of-the-art TIFF office space features amenities such as, open-area workspaces, glass-encased conference facilities, enhanced lighting, wood flooring, and a new dedicated roof deck patio.
