Bulfinch Leases 20 CareMatrix Drive to United Communications Group
The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment firm, is pleased to announce that is has fully leased Dedham Corporate Center, 20 CareMatrix Drive, Dedham, MA, to United Communications Group.
United Communications Group is a portfolio of highly focused business and professional publishing companies providing guidance, information, analysis, data and solutions to over two million clients worldwide.
Acquired and successfully repositioned by Bulfinch in 2007, 20 CareMatrix Drive is a three-story, 39,390 square foot Class A office building situated on 3.37 acres in the heart of the Route 128 South Submarket. The property is immediately accessible from Route 128 via Exit 14, and is adjacent to the Dedham Corporate Center stop on the MBTA commuter rail.
