Bulfinch Announces Full Renovation and Occupancy of 95 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge
The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce that it has both renovated and leased the entire property at 95 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA to Verizon Wireless and The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF).
95 Mount Auburn Street is a three-story building located in the heart of historic Harvard Square, the former retail site of Tower Records. Bulfinch acquired the property in August 2007 and recently completed interior and exterior renovations, including the addition of a roof deck, to market the premises as a mix of office and retail space.
Verizon Wireless, one of the nation’s premier wireless providers, has leased the retail space on the ground floor. TIFF, a cooperative-style investment organization which seeks to maximize the investment returns of non-profit organizations, has leased all of the office space on the second and third floors.
