Bulfinch Leases Space to Boston Wireless at Speen Street Executive Center

Framingham, MASS - May 27, 2009 - The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, today announced that Boston Wireless, Inc. has leased 9,020 SF of office space at Speen Street Executive Center, 50 Speen Street, Framingham, MA.
Speen Street Executive Center is a three-story, 31,556 SF first-class office building located off of the Massachusetts Turnpike via Exit 13 in the heart of the MetroWest submarket. The building is in close proximity to a host of area amenities, including the Natick Mall, Naked Fish, and the Marriott Residence Inn.
Boston Wireless, Inc. has forged strategic partnerships with Shoretel, Nortel, Verizon and Paetec to deliver superior products and support to customers. Since 1985, after a six month start up phase in Rockland, the Company has grown to successively larger and more suitable office spaces in Wellesley, Natick, and now Framingham.
Victor Galvani of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. represented Boston Wireless, Inc. in the transaction and Michael B. Wilcox, director of leasing at Bulfinch, represented the Landlord.
