Waltham, MASS - June 4, 2009 - The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, today announced that Trapelo Corporate Center, 1560 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA has been LEED Gold Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Trapelo Corporate Center is a 61,000 square foot state-of-the art office building located immediately off Interstate 95/Route 128 via Exit 28B. Bulfinch, a member of USGBC, completed construction of the building and fully leased the premises to Autodesk, Inc. in 2008.
Recognized as one of the premier new constructions along Route 128 in the Metrowest market, 1560 Trapelo Road is only the 18th building to achieve LEED Gold certification in Massachusetts.
