Bulfinch Strengthens Team With Acquisitions and Marketing Expertise

NEEDHAM, MA - August 7, 2012 — The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., a private real estate investment, development and management firm, is pleased to announce the recent hires of Tammy Tang, who joins the firm as Acquisitions Associate, and Tina Snyder as Director of Marketing.

Tammy joins Bulfinch with over 6 years of experience in investment management, most recently in CMBS research at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Bulfinch, Tammy attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA with majors in Real Estate and Finance. In her role at Bulfinch, Tammy will focus on acquisitions and asset management.

Tina comes to Bulfinch as the Director of Marketing with over 17 years of experience in marketing, branding and property repositioning. Before joining Bulfinch, Tina spent 9 years at Jones Lang LaSalle Boston where she was involved in the strategic and creative development of corporate marketing programs, and developed successful repositioning campaigns for commercial properties such as Boston’s Liberty Wharf and Seaport Center, and Network Drive in Burlington, MA. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, she held positions at Leo Burnett and Black Sheep Marketing. In her role at Bulfinch, Tina will bring her extensive branding and commercial real estate marketing experience to help strengthen the Bulfinch brand and its portfolio of properties through traditional and digital channels.
