| Mr. DiOrio is Senior Vice President and General Counsel overseeing all legal matters pertaining to the Bulfinch portfolio. Mr. DiOrio also assists in the analysis, origination and structuring of the company's transactions. Previously, Mr. DiOrio was an attorney with the Boston law firm of Ropes & Gray and held several management positions at The New York Telephone Company (Verizon). Mr. DiOrio is a summa cum laude graduate of Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He received his Juris Doctorate with high honors from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and The Duke Law Journal. | | |  | ||
