| As Senior Vice President, Operations and Asset Management, Mr. Cronin is responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and asset management activities of the organization. Previously, Mr. Cronin was Director of Corporate Accounting for WellsPark Group and was a member of the Real Estate Advisory Services Group of Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Cronin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
