Community Development

Bulfinch views itself as a member of any community where it owns real estate. We take pride in our properties and diligently strive to ensure that any Bulfinch managed property will be viewed as an asset to a community. We have had the pleasure of forging community-based partnerships as outgrowths of some of our larger developments. Together with our neighbors, we have worked to design programs that are sensitive to community concerns and will provide substantial benefits to the community.
